By participating in the CB Creative Studios Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility
To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid email address. Affiliates can be past design clients or individuals who are interested in referring new clients to CB Creative Studios.

2. Commission Structure
Affiliates will receive a 10% commission on the total value of each Custom Website Design Package sold as a result of their referral. The commission will be paid once the referred client has signed the contract and made full payment for the service.

3. Referral Process
To qualify for a commission, you must refer clients directly to CB Creative Studios. Your referral will be tracked and credited through the process outlined in the program. Affiliates should introduce potential clients by recommending CB Creative Studios and sharing the portfolio and services in an authentic and transparent way.

4. Payment of Commissions
Commissions will be paid via Venmo or PayPal once the referred client has made full payment. Payments will be processed within 30 days of receiving the client’s payment.

5. No Link Required
Unlike traditional affiliate programs, there will be no unique affiliate link or tracking code. Referrals are tracked manually through direct communication with CB Creative Studios and must be registered as a referred client by the affiliate.

6. Client Responsibilities
Affiliates should inform referred clients that engaging with CB Creative Studios will be an investment that may require active participation, including homework and collaboration. It is important that the referred client understands the value of the service, the process involved, and the commitment required.

7. Termination of Program
CB Creative Studios reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, without notice, if there is any violation of these terms, unethical behavior, or if the affiliate engages in fraudulent activity.

8. Independent Contractors
Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees of CB Creative Studios. Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes and any other legal obligations related to the earnings they receive through the program.

9. Program Modifications
CB Creative Studios reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Affiliate Program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.

10. No Misrepresentation
Affiliates may not make false claims, misleading statements, or misrepresent the services of CB Creative Studios. All communications should accurately reflect the nature of the services and the experience that clients will receive.

11. Privacy and Confidentiality
Affiliates agree to keep confidential any information shared by CB Creative Studios regarding clients, business strategies, or any other proprietary information.

12. Liability
CB Creative Studios is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from an affiliate's participation in the program, including errors or omissions in communications with referred clients.

By joining the CB Creative Studios Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
